granny square afghan stage 4

Well, I have finally had a little time away from schoolwork and housework to work on some crochet. I have put all 12 of my blocks together but am now at the point where I need to choose a border color. The only problem is, I have no clue what color to use. I like the fact that is bright and cheery, so I know I don't want to use black. I wasthinking either white or a bright pink, but can't decide. Does anyone have any ideas they would like to share? I'm open to suggestions.

Love the blanket and agree with you that black would be too dominant. I'm wondering if you did two colors for the border, trying pink then following with the yellow again. Just a thought. Baby is too gorgeous so I'm distracted from thinking too much on the border!

Thanks for the comment Clara. Actually, pink andyellow crossed my mind a few times as well. I think thats what I will probably go with.
Amelia is my 10 month old grandbaby... she's a doll and spoiled rotten as you can see.

Two colors would be nice. I like pink and yellow idea for a border.
