Only 9 weeks left.

I only have 9 weeks left in school then I go out to work on my externship for 160 hours!!! I still havea 4.0 GPA and I am still loving it! I am so excited about getting done and getting a wonderful job helping people.

I can't believe how fast college has flown by. It seems like just a few short weeks ago I had just enrolled and was waiting for it to begin. These next few weeks are going to be quite busy but it will all be worth it in the end!!!

On a more serious note, my friend's 11 year old son (one of my youngest son's closest friends) was crushed by a car Saturday evening. He is doing very poorly and is awaiting a lung transplant. Please say a few prayers .for him and his family. They sure need it right now.
What happened was his basketball rolled under aparked car. He didnt realize someone was sitting in it. He layed down on his stomach and crawled under it and before he could move they cranked up the car and pulled off. His injuries include: 2 collapsed lungs, 3 crushed ribs, 1 broken arm, and 2 crushed legs, not to mention the other small ones. So he is on life support, and a feeding tube.
Hug your babies very often because you just never know.

Another knit scarf

This one is small for a child. Very soft and fluffy

Knit scarves made with my yarn shop finds.

The scarf I made with the 3-ply ribbon yarn I purchased. It's so soft and stretchy. Very comfortable. Much better than I thought it would be.

This is the decorative scarf I made with the textured cotton thread. Very light and airy and feels on your skin. I think this will go great with a gray pants suit.

This is the thick wool winter scarf, made from 100% wool that is hand dyed. It is very warm and fluffy. Can't wait until I can use it.

Knit hat and scarf set

This is for my grand daughter for her birthday. It is my very first knit hat. I have made quite a few knit scarves but thats all I had been able to do. I finally am getting the hang of the basics of knitting.
